💬 What You’ll Do
- Support and educate healthcare insurance brokers throughout the customer journey
- Build relationships and provide expert assistance with claims, enrollment, billing, and benefits
- Deliver concierge-level service that builds trust and confidence in our products
- Problem-solve and find creative solutions to help brokers and customers succeed
💡 What You Bring
- 1 year of customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A reliable internet connection (15 Mbps ) and a quiet workspace
- A wired headset and smartphone/tablet for secure daily login
