Your Job Summary:

TTE is looking for a knowledgeable, self-motivated Heavy Equipment Mechanic with a strong work ethic. That performs repairs on equipment and trucks at our shop or in the field.

Your Responsibilities and Duties as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic:     

• Perform repairs on heavy equipment.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance on equipment, including inspection, tire rotation and oil changes.
• Maintain parts inventory and cleanliness in the shop.
• Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles qualifications.
• 3 years' experience as a Diesel Mechanic.
• Must have Caterpillar, Kenworth, and Peterbilt experience.
• Follows applicable safety rules, regulations, guidelines, and policies.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• Class A or B CDL license.
• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience.
• ASE Diesel Certification preferred.
• Must have experience with Caterpillar, Kenworth, and Peterbilt.
• Must have own tools.
• Communicate and collaborate with other employees effectively.
• Maintain ethical conduct inside and outside the workplace.
• Manage time efficiently and work independently when not being supervised.
