TTCU Federal Credit Union is seeking a passionate and motivated Video Teller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering friendly and efficient service to credit union members by accurately processing transactions and providing essential financial services via live video chat from a centralized location. This role combines the best of teller services with cutting-edge video technology to ensure members enjoy personalized service. This role is key in creating a positive experience for our members and ensuring smooth daily operations within the branch. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to providing excellent member service.
Position Hours: Monday - Friday 9am -6pm and Saturday 8:45am - 12:15pm with a half day off during the week.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Assist members with a variety of transactions via video communication, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and account inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing member questions and providing solutions in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video banking sessions to ensure smooth interactions.
- Maintain accuracy in all transactions and ensure that members’ information is securely handled.
- Educate members on digital banking tools and promote credit union products and services that fit their needs.
- Support members with basic troubleshooting for digital banking platforms and online account management.
- Ensure compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, and security regulations during video interactions.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business or finance preferred.
- Experience in customer service, banking, or financial services is a plus.
- Comfort and proficiency with technology and video communication platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately and securely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technology.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely, while collaborating with branch teams.
