Production Manager (On-site) | Charlotte, NC

Novodek USA is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing team and build efficient, scalable production systems.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys improving operations, developing people, and creating processes that drive consistent results.

📍 Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site only)

• Lead, coach, and develop the production team
• Build accountability and a high-performance culture
• Plan daily production and ensure on-time delivery
• Create and improve SOPs, work instructions, and training programs
• Standardize production processes and improve workflow efficiency
• Reduce waste, improve quality, and solve production bottlenecks
• Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and customer service
• Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvements

✔ 3 years of experience leading a production team

✔ Strong leadership and people management skills

✔ Experience improving production processes, SOPs, and operational systems

✔ Experience in wide-format printing, signage, commercial printing, fabrication, or another related manufacturing environment

✔ Experience with ERP systems, production planning, or inventory management

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement is a strong plus.

We're looking for a leader who understands manufacturing operations.

Candidates whose experience is primarily in retail, hospitality, sales, restaurants, or other non-manufacturing industries are unlikely to be a good fit.

Experience with our specific equipment is not required. We'll train the right candidate on our products, materials, and production methods.
