At TTP, we proudly draw on 40 years of tradition of legendary mentors and producers who have been in our Times Square office, while actively evolving to the demands of being a responsive, progressive, knowledgeable, and forward-thinking team of managers in the twenty-first century.
TTP is currently seeking a Company Manager for two confirmed developmental work sessions, with the potential for the engagement to continue into a temporary Company Management position providing coverage and administrative support to a Company Management team. Ideally, we are seeking one candidate who can work on both assignments.

Company Manager – Developmental Work Sessions

TTP is seeking a Company Manager to oversee the logistical and administrative needs of two developmental work sessions. The Company Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the cast and creative team and will work closely with the General Manager and TTP staff to ensure that each session runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for cast and creative team members throughout each work session.
  • Coordinating daily company logistics, including schedules, rehearsal information, attendance, breaks, meals, and general company needs.
  • Managing and distributing payroll and related paperwork for cast and creative team members.
  • Coordinating travel, transportation, and housing arrangements as needed.
  • Supporting the General Manager with contracts, onboarding, insurance, labor requirements, and other production documentation.
  • Communicating schedules, policies, and logistical information clearly and in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records and tracking expenses, invoices, and other company-related documentation.
  • Addressing day-to-day questions and concerns from company members and escalating issues to the General Manager as appropriate.
  • Assisting with rehearsal room setup, supplies, hospitality, and other session logistics.
  • Supporting additional General Management and production needs as they arise.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities are essential. Previous Company Management experience and familiarity with theatrical payroll, contracts, labor practices, and financial administration are preferred.

This is a project-based position supporting two developmental work sessions, with the potential for the engagement to continue into the temporary Company Management position described below.

Temporary Associate/Assistant Company Manager

Following the developmental work sessions, TTP anticipates a potential opportunity for the same Company Manager to continue in a temporary Associate/Assistant Company Manager capacity, providing coverage and administrative support to a Company Management team. • Providing general administrative and logistical support to the Company Manager and General Management team.
