This position requires use of informaiton which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaing of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., "Green Card Holder"), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

This role focuses on learning processes, developing technical skills, and consistently meeting production expectations under close supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned production equipment and tools following standard work instructions.
- Perform repetitive assembly or processing tasks to meet daily production requirements.
- Conduct basic visual inspections and identify obvious defects.
- Follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation (5s).
- Accurately complete required production documentation.
- Escalate issues, defects, or equipment concerns to the Production Lead.
- Support Lean Manufacturing principles as directed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Dependability and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation (ADA).
- GED or High School Diploma preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed.
