Role Overview And Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with implementing new processes and products under senior engineering direction.
- Provide basic technical support to production; escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Prepare/update simple work instructions and standard documentation.
- Support data collection, root-cause analysis, and corrective action activities.
- Learn and apply Lean, TWI, and standard engineering methodologies.
- Contribute to small-scale CI activities.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
- Foundational CAD skills; working knowledge of manufacturing concepts.
- Ability to read engineering drawings; willingness to develop GD&T fluency.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Learning mindset; openness to coaching.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation (ADA).
- Bachelors in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical).
- Internship or up to 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
