Job Overview Join our team as a Delivery Driver / Merchandiser, where you'll be the link between our company and our customers. This role combines route driving with hands on merchandising. You'll be responsible for safely operating our vehicle, managing merchandise displays, and ensuring timely deliveries. Duties
- Safely operate a box truck adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Load, unload, and secure merchandise using a pallet jack ensuring items are handled with care during transit and delivery
- Drive assigned routes efficiently managing delivery schedules to meet deadlines while maintaining a focus on safety
- Stock and merchandise products at retail locations to brand standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients professionally and addressing any concerns during deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation including logs, receipts, and route sheets
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts reporting any concerns promptly
Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday with occasional Wednesday shifts
- Early morning start times with afternoons free
Experience
- Previous delivery driver experience with a clean driving record
- Experience loading and unloading merchandise and operating a pallet jack
- Valid drivers license required with box truck experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to driving and cargo handling
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
