Field Service Technician for Industrial Machines

Your Key Responsibilities

· Installation and setup of high-precision CNC saws

· Train customers on machine operation and maintenance.

· Troubleshoot AC & DC electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

· Perform PLC diagnostics and basic troubleshooting.

· Complete preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.

· Prepare service reports and communicate repair recommendations to customers.

· Build strong customer relationships by communicating service findings, recommending repair solutions, and providing technical guidance.

What we are looking for in a successful candidate.

· High school diploma or GED required.

· Technical school, military technical training, apprenticeship, or equivalent industrial maintenance experience preferred.

· Experience troubleshooting mechanical, AC/DC electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.

· Basic PLC troubleshooting experience.

· Strong customer service and communication skills.

· Ability to travel approximately 75% throughout North America.

· Valid driver's license and passport (or ability to obtain one).

· Resides within 50 miles of Edinburgh, IN. No relocation assistance.
