We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast casual dining environment. MUST be 21 years of age. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using OpenTable or similar systems.
- Provide detailed menu descriptions and upsell items to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables, maintaining attention to detail.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and restaurant policies to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of guest relations and the ability to create positive interactions.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is essential.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
