Tsunami Express currently owns and operates 70 express car wash locations across Indiana, Minnesota, Illinois, Ohio, Missouri, and Wisconsin, with aggressive plans to expand to 100 locations over the next three years. We are creating a high-performance network of car washes powered by people, automation, and smart technology.

The Field Marketing Coordinator is a high-impact, field-based role focused on driving traffic, membership growth, and revenue for approximately 8 to 12 Tsunami Express Car Wash locations within your assigned region. You’ll bring our brand to life at the local level by executing strategic marketing efforts that build community connections and accelerate growth.

You will be on the ground — planning and activating events, supporting promotions, and collaborating directly with site teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience and successful marketing execution.

What You'll Do:

• Drive local traffic and sales by executing the regional field marketing playbook at each assigned site
• Plan, organize, and lead community-based events such as grand openings, fundraisers, local festivities, and regional sports partnerships
• Support in-market promotions and events including Limited Time Offers and Member Appreciation Days.
• Collaborate with site management teams to ensure executional excellence and alignment across marketing activities.
• Act as a local brand ambassador, identifying new community opportunities and building partnerships that increase awareness and membership

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude and startup mentality — you thrive on solving problems and making things happen.
• High attention to detail, especially during event execution and reporting.
  
  

Success Will Be Measured By:

• Growth in retail traffic and end-of-period (EOP) membership counts.
• Successful execution and reporting of events and community activations.
• Site readiness and overall customer experience during marketing efforts.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field — or equivalent experience.
• Must be based within the region (within 50 miles from the job posting).
• 2 years of marketing experience in a retail or consumer-facing industry.
• Preference given to candidates with remote or in-field marketing experience.
• Passion for community engagement and in-person events.
• Excellent presentation, project management, and communication skills (verbal & written),
• Ability to lift/move boxes up to 30 lbs containing marketing materials such as banners, signage, and flags.

• Remote work environment with the ability to travel 80% of the time — including some short-notice travel.
• Evenings and weekends as business needs require.
• On-call availability expected for urgent support.
