What You’ll Do As a Crew Member
- As a Crew Member, you’ll promote and sell memberships and retail packages to grow the business
- Provide a standout customer service experience as a Crew Member, helping guests understand pricing and services
- Maintain strong knowledge of products and services to succeed as a sales-focused Crew Member
- Support daily operations, including vehicle loading and equipment setup, as part of your Crew Member responsibilities
- Ensure every guest has an outstanding experience from start to finish
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds throughout your shift
