What You’ll Do
- Lead and run shifts to ensure high-quality washes and excellent customer service
- Coach and mentor team members to support development and performance
- Maintain compliance with operational and equipment safety procedures
- Stay informed about key products, services, and promotions to support sales
- Lifting up to 50 pounds as needed throughout your shift

- High level of dependability and punctuality
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Previous leadership experience
