Tsunami Creator Network is rapidly scaling and looking for high-energy, sales-driven individuals to help us recruit and develop the next generation of TikTok Live creators.

Position Overview
This hybrid role blends recruitment coaching, where you’ll identify, connect with, and onboard TikTok creators—then help guide them toward early success.
- Schedule:
- 5 hours/day in-office (Willard, MO)
- 3 hours/day remote (evenings)
- Equipment Provided:
- Company laptop
- Company phone
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit a minimum of 25 creators per week to join Tsunami Creator Network
- Identify high-potential creators on TikTok Live and other platforms
- Conduct outreach via DMs, messaging, and social platforms
- Build relationships and close creators on joining the network
- Onboard new creators and set expectations for success
- Provide early-stage coaching to help creators hit performance benchmarks
- Track recruitment pipeline and performance metrics
Compensation
- $17/hour base pay
- $10 per recruit bonus (paid when recruit generates 100K diamonds within their first 30 days)
- Performance-driven environment with strong earning potential based on output

Ideal Candidate
- Background in sales, recruiting, or commission-based roles
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Familiar with TikTok, live streaming, or creator economy (preferred but not required)
- Able to manage time effectively across in-office and remote work

- Consistently hitting or exceeding 25 recruits per week
- Bringing in creators who generate strong early performance (100K diamonds)
