As a Site Manager, you'll lead a positive, motivated team focused on delivering a premium, seamless customer experience — and have fun doing it.
What you’ll do:
- Drive Performance using data and technology to optimize site operations.
- Lead Daily Operations including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Hire, Train & Develop exceptional teammates to deliver top-tier service
- Grow Revenue by increasing membership enrollment and retention
- Deliver Amazing Experiences by creating meaningful customer interactions
- Maintain a Clean & Safe Environment through regular building and equipment upkeep and maintenance
- Engage the Local Community via B2B outreach, fundraisers, and Chamber of Commerce involvement
- Create a positive and supportive environment for your team and build lasting connections within your community
What you’ll need to have:
- A genuine smile and positive attitude
- Proven leadership or management experience
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Prior car wash experience (preferred but not required)
- A customer-first mindset

When you’ll work:
- 8-10 hour shifts
- Monday – Friday, evenings and weekends as required
- On-call availability as part of your leadership responsibilities
- Full time schedule – 45 hours per week
