What You’ll Do:
- Promote and sell memberships and retail packages to grow the business
- Maintain strong knowledge of key products and services
- Deliver a positive and informative customer service experience, especially around pricing and package details
- Assist with vehicle loading and the maintenance or setup of service equipment
- Ensure customers receive an outstanding car wash experience
- Lifting up to 50 pounds as needed throughout your shift
