Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in El Paso, TX, for a General Foreman. The General Foreman will oversee daily operations on construction sites, including managing crews, coordinating tasks, and ensuring safety standards are upheld. Responsibilities include overseeing the operation of heavy equipment, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality control, and managing resources efficiently. Qualifications
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills to manage teams and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Experience operating and overseeing heavy equipment on construction or utility job sites

- Proficiency in carpentry and related construction tasks
