What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Worker position at TSTL Services LLC?
Looking to hire starting May 1 and ending last day of September. Hired for one season unless things change.
Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning
- Provide guidance and training to crew members on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
Experience: **PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the groundskeeping or landscaping industry
- Proficient in various groundskeeping tasks including lawn care, landscape maintenance, tree care, etc.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
