- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using various accounting software such as QuickBooks,, and specialized TSSMC Plateforms.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare detailed journal entries, including debits & credits, to reflect financial transactions accurately.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently to support cash flow management.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger accounting to uphold financial accuracy.
- Support budgeting activities and provide account analysis to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Execute payroll processing and tax-related tasks while ensuring compliance with governmental regulations.
- Perform account analysis, account reconciliation, and bank statement reviews regularly for precise financial tracking.
- Contribute to technical accounting tasks such as double-entry bookkeeping and general ledger reconciliation within complex financial environments.
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, and other financial management tools.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, and governmental accounting practices.
- Experience with non-profit accounting processes and fund management is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial concepts such as balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, debits & credits, and account analysis.
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and general ledger accounting with precision.
- Familiarity with payroll processing, tax experience, accounts payable/receivable management, and budgeting techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail along with strong organizational skills like 10 key typing for data entry accuracy.
- Effective communication skills for financial report writing and collaboration across teams.
