Project Manager – Mechanical HVAC | $115K–$135K Bonus

We’re working with a well-established Texas-based mechanical contractor that continues to expand its project pipeline across commercial and industrial work.

They are hiring a Project Manager to support and lead mechanical projects across HVAC and piping systems, with increasing responsibility and ownership over time.

This is not a maintenance or service environment. The work is centered around HVAC systems, piping, and commercial mechanical construction.

This role involves management of commercial mechanical construction projects including HVAC systems, chilled water and hydronic piping, RTUs, AHUs, and central plant systems. Responsibilities include project coordination, subcontractor management, support of buyout and cost control, scheduling, and change order management, along with client interaction and coordination with field operations. Candidates should have experience working within a mechanical contractor environment delivering design-build and negotiated projects across commercial and industrial sectors, with exposure to project financials, construction management, and execution of mechanical scopes.

Compensation

• $115K–$135K base bonus
