Position Summary
The Portsmouth-based Financial Advisor will serve as the lead advisor and local presence for TSS Wealth Management, managing an existing practice, integrating their own book of business, and driving new growth in the Seacoast market. This professional will deliver comprehensive financial guidance, deepen client relationships, and collaborate closely with our CPA partners and internal teams to create an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Portsmouth, NH office, delivering exceptional, personalized financial advice.
- Build and deepen relationships with new and existing clients, including business owners and high-net-worth households.
- Convert warm inbound referrals from CPA partners into long-term client relationships.
- Conduct discovery meetings, financial planning reviews, and ongoing strategic consultations.
- Develop tailored financial plans using our suite of planning tools and investment platforms.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring adherence to firm standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive local business development through networking, strategic partnerships, and market engagement.
- Maintain thorough documentation of client activity in accordance with compliance standards.
- Mentor and collaborate with support staff to ensure efficiency, clarity, and high service quality.
- Work with firm leadership to implement firmwide initiatives, technology upgrades, and operational improvements.
- Enhance client communication strategies related to education, outreach, and retention.
Education, Experience & Qualifications
Required
- 5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor
- Active Series 7 and 66 licenses
- Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition, and financial planning
Preferred
- CFP® certification or current candidacy
- Ability to bring an existing Book of Business
