Pay: $30/hr
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Hybrid, 2 days onsite in downtown Manhattan (including Wednesdays)
Duration: Approximately 3–4 months, possibly longer

TSS is recruiting a Program Associate for an international public health organization launching a new global health initiative!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the behind-the-scenes work of keeping programs organized and running smoothly. We're looking for someone who can jump in, manage administrative and operational details, coordinate with different teams, and help establish systems and processes for a new initiative.

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating calendars, meetings, schedules, and program communications
- Organizing files, trackers, shared systems, and project documentation
- Supporting procurement, contracts, vendor coordination, and purchase orders
- Tracking invoices, expenses, and payments in collaboration with finance staff
- Arranging travel, accommodations, and other logistics for staff and consultants
- Helping plan and coordinate workshops, webinars, meetings, and events
- Preparing presentations, reports, meeting notes, and other materials
- Pitching in wherever needed to help a new initiative get up and running!
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in public health, public policy, international development, or nonprofit program administration
- Strong administrative, organizational, and project coordination skills
- Experience juggling multiple priorities, managing details, and keeping projects on track
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- A proactive, resourceful, and flexible approach to work
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues across different teams and time zones
- Experience with procurement, invoicing, contracts, travel coordination, or event logistics is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Monday.com, Airtable, or AI productivity tools is a plus
