We are seeking entry level Account Managers to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for establishing new accounts and fostering long-term IT relationships with small to medium-sized businesses. This position provides extensive on the job training with FastStartGo! – a comprehensive four-month sales enablement program integrated as a part of the company’s onboarding process. Curriculum includes core elements on how to sell IT, IT Fundamentals, and Advanced IT.
Your mission? To identify and meet customer needs with cutting-edge technology solutions, including selling Cyber Security, Cloud Transformation and AI Infrastructure ensuring both customer satisfaction and account growth.
What You'll Do:
- Prospecting : Develop new customer relationships using the Four Modes of prospecting. You'll be the first point of contact, setting the stage for long-term partnerships.
- Account Qualification: Determine if potential customers are the right fit by evaluating company size, key contacts, and IT spending potential.
- Customer Relationship Management: Keep the conversation going! Maintain and nurture relationships with established customers to ensure repeat business and uncover new opportunities.
- Solution Development: Work with internal and external resources to craft tailored IT solutions that meet customer needs. From vendors to tech support, you’ll engage the right people to get the job done.
- Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing training on the latest technologies and vendor offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or in the completion process.
- Sales Savvy: Metric-based sales experience is a plus. You know how to find opportunities and close deals.
- Competitively Minded – participated in varsity or club sports or was active participant in other extracurricular activities.
- Communication Skills: You’re a master of written and verbal communication, capable of establishing rapport quickly and crafting professional business communications.
- Tech Knowledge: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite are a must. If you can create a document or a simple spreadsheet, you’re golden!
- Customer-Focused: You have a knack for listening to and anticipating customer needs. Your negotiation skills help you secure the best deals for everyone involved.
- Adaptability: You can pivot on a dime, switching tasks as priorities shift.
- Self-Motivated: You’re a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
