This is a full-time position that includes a 3-month training program (live asynchronous and coaching by industry experts) for recent graduates interested in careers in business to business (B2B) and related IT sales. No prior sales experience required.

FastStartGO! (FSGO) is a 3-month onboarding training program attached to this position. FSGO offers a comprehensive curriculum that carries the learner through the fundamentals of the sales function as a trusted advisor to prospective clients. Emphasis on in-depth skills development, along with a practical understanding of how to identify and reach the right decision-makers, generate qualifying questions and close deals. This onboarding program is underwritten and sponsored by Konica Minolta.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Prospect daily via phone, email and in person
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
- Provide support to clients in the form of information, advice, and guidance
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure client needs are met
Skills:
- Proficient computer skills, comfortable using MS O365 and web meetup tools such as Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom
- Able to communicate ideas clearly, both verbally and in written format
- Knows how to actively listen to people to understand their need(s)
- Well-organized and a self-starter
- Curious-minded, interested in learning new ideas and techniques to foster positive client relationships
- Consider yourself resilient and persistent, capable of nurturing relationships over long periods of time

Pay: $38,218 - $65,000 per year
