Role: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)
Anticipated Start Date: 06/21/2026
Job Type: Contract – Hybrid
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting and onboarding activities across the Americas region. This role focuses on pre-employment processes, candidate onboarding, compliance, immigration support, and coordination with hiring managers, recruiters, HR, and other internal teams.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in HR Administration, Recruiting Coordination, Talent Acquisition Operations, or a related field.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of I-9, E-Verify, background checks, and onboarding processes.
- Understanding of U.S. work visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, F-1, etc.) and immigration compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
