Job Title: Billing Analyst

Location: Nashville, TN - Onsite

Duration: 3 months possible extensions

Pay Range: $20-23/hour W2

Key Responsibilities

• Process billing in boundary systems and interface data to ERP.
• Create invoices, adjustments, and intercompany/intracompany invoices.
• Obtain and validate missing billing information and documentation.
• Deliver invoices and upload them to customer portals.
• Perform monthly billing reconciliations and prepare metrics.
• Research and resolve customer billing disputes and inquiries.
• Work closely with Client Services, Sales, Accounting, and other teams.
• Support system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with internal/external audits and month-end close.
• Handle additional ad-hoc billing and accounting tasks.

Must-Have Skills

1. Microsoft Excel
2. Billing / invoicing experience or 2 years relevant experience
3. Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
6. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience

Salary : $20 - $23
