Job Title: BA - Capital Markets & Agile
Duration: 10 Months Contract with possibility of extension
Mode: Hybrid – 3 days to office
Location – New York New York 10019
Title: Business Analyst/ Product Manager- Investment Banking & Global Capital Markets Technology 3 days a week, they will be meeting with product owners
Interview Process: 2 rounds- 1st round can be video / 2nd round will be onsite (required)
Schedule: 8am- 5:30pm
Looking for a BA, 8 years minimum depending on the candidate, as long as they have the skills they will consider depending on energy level and communication skills Someone who has great communication skills Should be able to work with different squads and products- equities related squads are the ones they are working with, be able to work with other product managers High level reporting They will be working with Product Owners that work in a very fast paced environment- candidate needs to able to work in a fast paced environment, drill in o the most important items They would want to work with other Scrum Masters Someone that can talk to senior folks in capital markets, what would fit into their workflows Projects- depends on when they fill the role, 15 product managers so they will move them around CS background is nice to have but not required, their BA’s are paired up with strong developers – projects that they are working on its not very data heavy- anyone that has been in client facing roles will get it Understand how Agile works is what is most important Getting in a wide variety of candidates- diversity perspective BA on a squad, responsible with helping with prioritizations, working with multiple squads, not a PMO or PM role, creating documentations Be able to create documentation, make new road maps, more of a product manager role/ scrum master background will be helpful so they understand the Agile aspect of it Product Owner would be a good fit for this role Not an individual contributor, working with almost 10 other people, global distributors, within a squad etc. SQL is nice to have User experience (UX) is nice to have Any certifications are nice to have Investment banking / financial background is helpful (someone that has worked with their competitors)
