Healthcare client seeking a Lead Mobile Deployment Technician for mini-Rover deployment as a part of EPIC go live.
- Location: Various client locations - Staten Island, Long Island, NYC
- Contract Rate: $65/hour W2
Role Summary (Lead):
Serves as the on-site lead for mobile device deployments supporting Epic Rover platform. Coordinates site readiness, device setup, distribution, and frontline support. Manages a small team of technicians, handles escalations, and ensures deployment tasks are completed on schedule. Acts as liaison with project managers, clinical staff, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities (Lead):
• Oversee staging, configuration, and distribution of iPhones for clinical use.
• Conduct site readiness checks and coordinate deployment logistics.
• Supervise and direct deployment technicians.
• Support clinical end-users during onboarding/offboarding.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed.
• Document processes and provide deployment status updates.
Salary : $55 - $65
