Are you the kind of person who loves keeping things running smoothly, can juggle a few tasks without breaking a sweat, and enjoys a little bit of concrete fun? Apollo is on the lookout for a superstar Office Administrator to keep our office—and our floors—looking flawless!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Whipping up invoices like a pro and keeping payments flowing in
- Managing our install schedule so our floor coating team shows up right on time
- Sending friendly (but firm) reminders to customers about their upcoming floor transformations
- Handling payroll duties with care—making sure everyone clocks in and out like clockwork
- Processing contracts and dotting every ‘i’ and crossing every ‘t’ to keep everything above board and buttoned up
What We’re Looking For:
- A multitasking wizard who loves organization and thrives on details
- Friendly and professional on the phone and in emails (bonus points for a great sense of humor!)
- Comfortable using office software and eager to learn new systems
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to be the backbone of our busy office
