Position Overview
We are seeking an Oracle Field Service Management (FSM) Functional Consultant for a long-term utility infrastructure project. You will configure, optimize, and support field operations and scheduling workflows.
Key Responsibilities
· Configure Oracle FSM routing, capacity, and scheduling algorithms.
· Design workflows for field crews, outages, and asset inspections.
· Integrate Oracle FSM with GIS, Asset Management, and Oracle Cloud modules.
· Gather business requirements and write functional design documents (FDD).
· Lead testing, user acceptance (UAT), and training for field technicians.
Required Skills
· 5 years of functional experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud.
· Experience in the Utilities, Energy, or heavy asset industry.
· Strong knowledge of quota rules, shift planning, and capacity management.
· Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and OTBI reporting.
