Summary:
This role is primarily about managing IT assets, software/hardware renewals, procurement, vendors, invoices, and asset records while coordinating with multiple teams to keep technology operations running smoothly.
Main Purpose:
Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (hardware, software, and cloud services), including purchasing, renewals, vendor coordination, tracking, and invoice processing.
Required Skills
Experience in asset management, procurement, vendor management, or operations
Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with purchase orders, invoices, contracts/SOWs, and onboarding processes
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities
Purchase and renew hardware, software, and cloud services
Track all company IT assets and maintain accurate records
Monitor upcoming software/hardware renewals and process them on time
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for procurement and renewals
Review vendor quotes, contracts, invoices, and purchase orders
Manage invoice approvals and resolve billing issues
Support budgeting, forecasting, and asset-related reporting
Attend meetings and provide project and asset updates
Help improve operational and procurement processes
