- Operating, maintaining, and documenting quality control for manual and automated laboratory instruments
- Associate's degree in Chemical Science, Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology
- Ability to pass a color blindness test
- Proficiency with computers and laboratory information systems
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
- Physical capability to handle specimens and operate equipment
- Flexibility for overtime and alternative shifts
