Role Overview: The IT Administrative Support Worker assists with IT tasks at a multi-seasonal entertainment venue, reporting to the IT Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Deploying and dismantling POS terminals, supporting point-of-sale system issues, maintaining PCs, printers, and hardware, and performing upgrades. Conducting stadium walk-throughs to ensure system functionality during events, diagnosing hardware and software errors, and replacing defective equipment. Providing support at various venue locations during non-event periods and performing related duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills: Experience with POS systems (preferred Skytab Venue, Tapin2, Mashgin, Amazon JWO), associate degree or equivalent, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, adaptability, proficiency in Microsoft applications, ability to lift at least 50 lbs., and physical stamina for long periods of walking and standing. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
