- Operate commercial landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools.
- Drive and maintain groundskeeping vehicles and equipment.
- Assist with seasonal duties like storm cleanup, snow removal, and ice management.
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance, minor repairs, and safety compliance.
- Train new team members on work methods, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Monitor landscape conditions, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure high standards.
- Report hazards and equipment issues promptly while adhering to safety guidelines.
- 2-3 years of groundskeeping, landscaping, or related outdoor maintenance experience.
- Experience leading a crew and assigning tasks.
- Valid driver's license and experience operating commercial equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and reliability.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods.
