Assistant Manager

Role Overview: The Assistant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and adherence to company standards. They lead, coach, and develop team members, manage shift schedules, and maintain service quality, cleanliness, and safety protocols. The role involves training, performance reviews, conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and legal requirements. The Assistant Manager fosters a positive team culture, supports operational efficiency, and reports performance issues to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills: Candidates must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and 1-3 years of management experience, preferably in restaurants. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and operate restaurant equipment safely is required.

Key Duties
