Job Overview:
We are hiring two Part-Time Construction Project Coordinators to help manage project operations, coordinate with subcontractors, track progress, and ensure smooth communication between office staff, clients, and field teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate schedules, permits, and inspections.
Communicate with subcontractors, clients, and suppliers to keep projects on track.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and change orders.
Assist with administrative tasks, including emails, scheduling, and data entry.
Ensure projects comply with company standards and safety policies.
Qualifications:
Experience in construction coordination, subcontractor management, or project administration preferred.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
High school diploma or equivalent required; construction-related education a plus.
Bilingual - a plus
