Customers covered are national in scope and have significant influence and market impact.

Main Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals through your team’s execution of comprehensive B2B customer strategies, as well as contract and brand strategies.
- Coach the team to:
- Surface the voice of the customer and translate it into proposed solutions with compelling business cases.
- Establish and maintain a broad footprint of contacts within customers to co-create value and build sustainable business relationships.
- Drive robust business planning and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Support and ensure alignment of brand strategies within the broader channel (W/D, GPO, PBG) strategies.
- Ensure execution of the Account Management and Brand team strategies.
- Inform and activate internal teams to develop or enhance brand, customer, or Market Access solutions to improve our client’s market position.
- Act as a sponsor and support your team through RFPs and contract negotiations across all product lines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop channel strategies that center on the customer voice.
- Represent our client at industry conferences, trade shows, and market-appropriate events.
Key Competencies:
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, healthcare professionals, industry influencers, and potential partners to drive business growth.
- Communication & Presentation: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex healthcare concepts and influence various audiences.
- Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Agile in evolving markets with a forward-thinking mindset and solutions-focused approach to changing customer needs.
- Collaboration & Sales Orchestration: Lead within a matrix selling organization with clear alignment, accountability, and results.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience (vaccines preferred), with knowledge of W/D, GPO, or Buying Groups.
- 7–10 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams.
- Experience as an individual contributor or leader in Account Management and working with channel partners/buying groups.
