Summary:
Our award-winning client is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. A global, industry-leading manufacturer, backed by private equity, seeks a motivated Financial Analyst to join their lean, high-performance finance team in a hybrid work environment (3 days in-office, 2 days remote after training). The Financial Analyst will contribute to critical projects including cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, performance analysis, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with weekly cash flow and liquidity forecasts.
- Develop monthly and quarterly financial reports for stakeholders.
- Analyze financial performance and identify key drivers.
- Support strategic planning through financial modeling and market research.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
- Identify and implement improvements to reporting and automation.
Required Qualifications:
- B.S./B.A. in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred).
- 1-2 years of corporate finance, investment banking, or public accounting experience.
- Strong Excel skills (Power BI or other visualization tools preferred).
- ERP system experience a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and budgeting/forecasting tools.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
