Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage stock, forecasting, and supply of imagery equipment
- Coordinate global equipment delivery and return
- Manage and track tickets for shipments
- Provide support for equipment purchases and logistics coordination
- Handle hardware depot inventories
- Oversee full product lifecycle (shipment, updates, packaging, legal clearance)
- Ensure compliance with export/import regulations in coordination with trade compliance and 3PLs
- Conduct or supervise warehouse inventory counts
- Optimize inventory movement and procedures
- Manage shipment requests and provide status updates
- Support conflict resolution, task delegation, goal setting, and time management
- Ensure team members have needed resources
- Manage internal stakeholders and client communications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 5 years in logistics, vendor or warehouse management
- 2 years of domain experience in Hardware Operations
- Proficient with spreadsheets, stock management, forecasting
- Adaptable to a fast-changing environment
- Proficient in SAP ERP
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team leadership and administrative task management
