What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting and Staffing Assistant Administrator position at TSMC?
The Recruiting and Staffing Assistant Administrator will be responsible for assisting with recruiting efforts, scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment activities, updating reports / trackers and providing administrative support to the TA team. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. This is a temporary contract position with potential to convert to a permanent position - onsite only.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate assessments, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Scheduling interviews up to 100 per week
- Assist with pre-employment activities and audits of offer letters, background checks, onboarding documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HRIS system and in excel trackers.
- Where needed, provide administrative support to the TA team and / or assist with recruiting efforts by posting job openings, moving candidates in the system and updating status, or administering assessments.
- Ensure the responsible tasks are in compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state laws and regulations.
