FACILITY TRAINING COORDINATOR:
As the Facility Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating high impact training courses and programs for the facility. You will plan the training schedule and manage training resources to fulfill internal learning and business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manage the departmental training and certification program.
- Oversee the departmental Apprenticeship and Intern programs.
- Plan and schedule training sessions, utilizing resources effectively and efficiently.
- Manage training resources to ensure that internal learning and business requirements are met.
- Utilize LMS SAP administration to provide user education, data integration, and related projects.
- Conduct data analytics of training programs, training results, and performance using MS Excel formulas, data tables, pivot tables, and various supporting methodologies.
- Provide company-wide training in business units, facilitation of current topics, planning, and coordinating system optimization to the business units.
- Conduct deep dive analysis, key findings, validity of data, and recommend policies or process improvements.
- Develop data models via MS Excel for presentations to Leadership and/or Management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Design, Learning, Adult Education, or relevant experience.
- Program/project management experience of learning solutions design through deployment.
- Subject matter expert in the design and development of learning content, ADDIE, and learning methodologies.
- Design and develop fit for purpose learning solutions through needs analysis and develop the proper learning blend that aligns the learning solution type with the most effective deployment method.
- Skilled on e-learning development processes to include content analysis, developing a storyboard, developing a prototype, and course submission.
- Highly skilled in facilitation/presentation to all organizational levels of groups, classes, and events.
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication, computer, presentation, listening, and working at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive and motivated hands-on approach to learning and development and organization effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Current working knowledge of corporate training systems, methodologies, and how to provide data to support implementations.
- MS Office suite expertise including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, PowerBi, and training systems.
- Bi-lingual in Mandarin Chinese & English is a plus
- Savvy in data analysis, analytical thinking, and detail-oriented.
