Module Equipment Engineer, TSMC Arizona Corporation, Phoenix, AZ. Plan, qualify, and install electronics and mechanical controlled module equipment, dry etching instrument and tools, and maintain tool performance for semiconductor manufacturing, applying manufacturing technology, and system model dynamic and control skills. Design and implement Continuous Improvement Plans (CIPs) and analyze experiments results to solve equipment issues, drive defect reduction and hardware capacity enhancement, and improve reliability, productivity and capacity.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Academic background in manufacturing technology, system model dynamic and control, mechanisms synthesis and analysis, instrumentation, and maintenance engineering.
