Roofing Sales Rep – W2 | Join a 5-Star Team | Weekly Pay + Training

TSM Roofing is growing fast — and we're looking for driven sales reps who want to be part of a team that actually has their back.

We're a 5-star rated roofing company in Phoenix, and our reputation speaks for itself. That means when you knock on a door or sit down with a homeowner, you're not starting from scratch — you're representing a brand people already trust.

Here's How It Works:

You'll be a W2 employee (not 1099) with a base draw plus uncapped commission on net profit. We hand you 2–5 pre-set, company-generated replacement leads every week so you're never wondering where your next deal is coming from. On top of that, you'll prospect neighborhoods and generate your own pipeline through door-to-door canvassing.

What You'll Earn:

Most reps earn between $80K and $130K in their first year. Pay is weekly — not monthly, not biweekly. You close, you get paid fast. There's also a signing bonus for new hires who are ready to hit the ground running.

Full Training Provided:

Whether you've sold roofing before or you're brand new to the industry, we provide hands-on paid training so you're never thrown into the deep end. You'll learn our process, our systems, and how to close with confidence.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
