We are seeking a proven, charismatic, and driven Sales Executive to join our growth team. This individual will play a key role in driving new business revenue, with a focus on selling retainer-based digital marketing and growth services.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed sales targets.
- Prospect and build a qualified pipeline of B2B technology companies.
- Lead consultative discovery conversations that uncover client challenges.
- Articulate the long-term value of retainer-based engagements.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to executives.
- Navigate complex sales cycles from outreach to close.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Track all sales activity in HubSpot (experience with HubSpot Sales Hub is a plus).
Qualifications
- Currently working or last role in B2B Sales
- 5 years of sales experience in a marketing agency or related professional services firm.
- Demonstrated success selling retainer-based contracts.
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content, social, and demand generation.
- Energetic, engaging presence — able to build rapport quickly.
- Creative problem-solver who adapts when faced with obstacles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and thrives in a remote work setting.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce.
