Overview
TSL KIDS CREW is seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Pre-School Teacher for our partnership with Niskayuna CSD to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy, numeracy, social-emotional skills, and physical development in preschool children.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and growth.
- Manage daily classroom activities, behavior management, and routine transitions to ensure smooth operations.
- Assess student progress through observations and standardized testing; tailor instruction to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and specialists to support children's developmental goals and address any special education requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, and lesson plans in compliance with educational standards.
Requirements
- Must have a diploma or GED
- Childcare experience
- CPR a plus
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
