Floating Childcare Teacher – All Age Groups
Must be 18 with 1 year daycare/ECE experience
TSL Kids Crew is hiring a flexible and dedicated Floating Childcare Teacher to support classrooms from infants through school-age children. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, can adapt quickly, and helps maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support classrooms across all age groups
- Assist with age-appropriate activities and lesson plans
- Build positive relationships with children and promote social–emotional development
- Monitor and document children’s progress and behavior
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom spaces
- Adapt to the needs of each room, supporting diverse learning and behavioral needs
Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- At least 1 year of daycare or early childhood education experience
- Strong understanding of childhood development and behavior management
- Proven ability to manage groups of children and support classroom routines
