About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about quality? We’re looking for a Quality Inspector to help us maintain the highest standards of precision and excellence in our manufacturing process. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that every product we produce meets customer requirements and reflects the quality TSI Plastics is known for.
What You’ll Do
- Perform and document receiving, in-process, final, and first-article inspections to ensure products meet design and customer specifications.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using a wide range of tools, including calipers, micrometers, height gages, ring and pin gages, and more.
- Utilize computer-assisted inspection equipment, such as CMMs, articulating arms, and vision measuring machines.
- Accurately record inspection results, identify nonconformances, and collaborate with production to resolve issues.
- Maintain the integrity of inspection tools and equipment through proper handling, storage, and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure requirements are met and issues are resolved.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold TSI’s commitment to quality in every process.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
- Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred.
- Working knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) and inspection methodologies.
- Experience with coordinate measuring machine (CMM) inspection and programming preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); JobBOSS experience a plus.
