About the Role:
We’re hiring Event Installers to join our traveling crew team. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for installing and removing signage and event displays on-site. This position involves extended travel (up to 2–3 weeks at a time) and is best suited for individuals who are reliable, adaptable, and interested in growing within event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and remove signage, banners, and branded event materials
- Apply vinyl graphics to various surfaces with precision
- Assist with setup and teardown of event displays and structures
- Load and unload trucks with equipment and materials
- Dig post holes and assist with physical installation of signage structures
- Follow install plans and direction from crew leads
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Represent the company professionally on-site
Travel & Schedule
- Frequent travel required (multi-week trips common)
- Long, active workdays during event builds
- Variable schedule based on event calendar
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Comfortable with physical labor (lifting up to 100 lbs., climbing ladders, working outdoors)
- Willing and able to travel extensively
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Prior experience in signage, construction, or event setup is a plus
