We specialize in delivering high-impact live, virtual, and hybrid experiences for top-tier clients across the country. Our culture is fast-paced, team-oriented, and rooted in creativity and operational excellence.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, systems-savvy Operations Analyst to support the data integrity and operational performance of our event production platform. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s ready to own the data and tools that power quoting, job costing, and day-to-day production and event workflows. You’ll be the go-to person for maintaining system accuracy, managing CRM/ERP data inputs, and ensuring cost-of-goods logic flows cleanly from quote to close.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor ERP and job costing system data, ensuring accurate job costing, quote generation, and workflow logic
- Own the integrity of CRM and ERP records, including customer profiles, job metadata, and event-level tagging
- Reconcile quote and job data with actuals to support margin analysis and financial reporting
- Assist with event scheduling to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and within budget
- Partner with operations and finance teams to troubleshoot costing discrepancies and improve system workflows
- Support the development of quote templates, pricing tiers, and cost category logic
- Assist in building dashboards and reports that track quoting volume, job conversion, and COGS trends
- Document and refine standard operating procedures for data entry, quote setup, and job lifecycle management
- Provide first-line support for ERP and job costing system users and help train new team members on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, business systems, or data coordination (internships welcome)
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or job costing platforms (CoreBridge experience a plus)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; bonus if you’ve worked with dashboards or basic SQL
- A systems mindset — you enjoy solving problems by improving processes and data flows
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to catching inconsistencies
- Clear communicator who can translate between field teams, finance, and tech
Why This Role Matters
You’ll be the connective tissue between quoting, costing, and execution. Your work ensures that every job starts with clean data, flows through the system accurately, and ends with reliable financials. You’ll help us scale smarter, faster, and with greater confidence in our numbers.
