Role Description
This is a part-time SATURDAY only on-site role for a Leasing Consultant located in Concord, NC. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for managing leasing operations, providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, and facilitating lease agreements. Daily tasks involve property showings, lease administration, assisting with resident inquiries, and supporting resident retention efforts by fostering positive community relationships. Organized and proactive problem-solving will be key attributes for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Leases and Lease Administration
- Strong Customer Service and Resident Retention skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to manage time effectively and work in a team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education in property management, business, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in property or leasing management is highly preferred
- Proficiency in relevant property management software is a plus
